I was reading about the latest trends in city design at work today, but for some reason I don't see the next housing lots in Poynton following the trendy "green and economical" guidelines you can read about in articles like this one.
Well, I guess it's still better than complete stagnation: if things are being built, it means there will be people to buy them...
